The Injury and Disability Law Office received a favorable Social Security Decision from Judge Chad Gendreau finding our client with a right shoulder work injury disabled.   Our client originally injured his shoulder in 2011, but continued to try to work and persevere in the construction industry.  Unfortunately, his shoulder problems forced him to discontinue his employment in July of 2014.   We were successful in proving to the Judge that his shoulder disabilities were so severe that he could not only perform work in the construction field, but also he should qualify for SSDI benefits.  This case highlights the importance of framing the issues for the judge and demonstrating how an injury to your arm can affect your ability to perform activities of daily living.  We are proud of this victory.
