Attorney Jason Oldenburg is a life-long Milwaukee resident and has made it his mission to help the injured and disabled people of Wisconsin. Mr. Oldenburg graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured and disabled individuals.
Attorney James Barrett has a breadth of knowledge drawn from both his business and legal backgrounds that makes him attuned to understanding the hardships faced by people with significant injuries or disabilities. Mr. Barrett graduated manga cum laude from Loras College, obtained a MA from University College, Dublin and earned his law degree from Marquette University. He exclusively represents injured and disabled individuals and maintains a statewide practice.
Attorney Oldenburg is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys and a proud member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2013 and, prior to that, was named as a Rising Star. Attorney Oldenburg was selected for “Leading Lawyers” in the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury from 2012 to present. He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and has published several articles focusing on the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation. Mr. Oldenburg has extensive experience handling injury claims and has helped thousands of clients receive the compensation that they deserve.
