The Injury and Disability Law Office of Wisconsin was founded by Attorney Jason Oldenburg with the goal to provide comprehensive legal representation to injured or disabled individuals.

Attorney Oldenburg graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured and disabled individuals. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys and a proud member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2013. Prior to that he was named as a Rising Star. He was selected for “Leading Lawyers” in the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury from 2012 to present. He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and has published several articles focusing on the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation. Mr. Oldenburg has extensive experience handling injury claims and has helped thousands of clients receive the compensation that they deserve.
